Description
Zip it is the ultimate travel game - even fits on an airplane tray table! A round can be played in as little as 20 seconds, so be the first to zip to 10, then race all over again!. Zip-It is a fast-paced word game that you can play anywhere. All of the game pieces (24 letter cubes and instructions) fit inside the cloth pouch, and the pouch itself serves as the scorekeeping mechanism. One player is the yellow zipper, and the other player is the green zipper. As you score points, move your zipper up according to the numbers on the side of the pouch. If you're the first to zip to the top, you win. Each player takes 12 letter cubes, and at the same time, both players start to form their own intersecting word grid (kind of like what a crossword looks like) using any side of their cubes. The first player to complete a grid with no remaining cubes yells Zip! As long as that player's grid was correctly completed (no proper nouns, no abbreviations, no misspelled or non-existent words), that player moves their zipper up one spot. Continue playing rounds in the same way until one player has won 10 rounds.
